Prestigious Tradewinds Condo on Marco’s Crescent beach! Beautifully updated oceanfront 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo. 9.5' ceilings with gorgeous decorative crown molding throughout. Brand new ‘floor to ceiling’ glass doors open to views of lush tropical trees and plants on the private patio. Raised panel cream cabinets and granite tops in the kitchen in the kitchen and baths. New stainless steel appliances. The entrance of the unit is just across the hall from the door to the beach & pool. 1st floor unit. Convenient and quick entrance and exit without having to use the elevator. The complex has a resort-style pool overlooking the gulf with beach access. Spectacular sunsets may be seen on Crescent Beach. Tradewinds keeps a very active social calendar. There are great restaurants in walking distance from the building. Cable & wi-fi are provided. Marco Island is famous for its wide sidewalks throughout the island, perfect for walking or bicycling. Covered parking available.

Unit was just as described. It was very accessible from the parking lot, if someone was inside the unit to unlock the patio door. It was also very accessible to the pool and the outside gas grills. There was a nice sitting area with books, games and puzzles just across the hall. The laundry room was just down the hall.
The only negative was the patio area. There was dead foliage around the patio that hadn’t been removed and two paving stones were missing along the walkway from the patio to the parking lot.
A couple of the dish towels looked as if they needed to be replaced.

Great location right on the beach and close to many excellent restaurants. All new furniture. Unfortunately there wasn't a view of the ocean, but only steps to pool and ocean.
