About this villa rental

Alliance of the ancient and the contemporary for our sheepfold located on the Beauvallon golf course (departure 6 and green 13)
900m from a pretty beach with sailing club and pontoon facing St Tropez.
- on the first level: Living room CFB flat screen TV, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 3 WCs. Terrace furnished with garden furniture, BBQ, Golf view.
- 2nd level: living room with bay windows 360 ° exceptional view of the sea and golf. Flat screen TV. Equipped kitchen, pantry washing machine and dryer. Master bedroom dressing room shower room WC and outdoor shower. Air conditioner
- Exterior: Heated swimming pool (11x3), weber gas BBQ, garden furniture, dining room and teak sunloungers.

We had a very relaxing week in this stunning villa. The property exceeded our expectations - amazing living space, nice bedrooms, great pool and fabulous outdoor areas with views of the perfectly manicured golf course and the bay of St Tropez. Aside from a small glitch with a set of keys on check in and the (very) minor irritation of the absence of BBQ gas (for the very clean BBQ) we had the perfect stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year!

Sadly this was the dirtiest house I have been to. My family had to clean bugs, roches , insects egg from the rooms. The house was not clean and had poor wifi ( only not be living room) and the owner did not even care to try to fix . I would not recommend anyone to go there despite the attractive location ( which is not easy to find on Google) . We rent in France every year and sadly I was shooked to see the poor quality. VRBO should take this listing off as I am really surprised that would have put it on.

Das Ferienhaus liegt wie beschrieben in schöner Umgebung und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider war der Grill bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt und die Gasflasche leer. In der Küche waren die Kaffeemaschine, die Nespresso-Maschine, der Wasserkocher sowie die Spülmaschine sehr ungepflegt. Besteck und Gläser waren nicht gut gespült. Die obere Wohnung ist in einem guten Gesamtzustand. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur zu dritt waren und wir im unteren Bereich nur ein Zimmer gebraucht haben. In dem älteren Bereich des Hauses ist leider Schimmel an den Wänden. Wir finden es sehr Schade, dass ein sehr ansprechend gestaltetes Haus leider so unzureichend gepflegt wird.
