Beautiful two-level residence that provides the comfort and independence that families demand. The house is very spacious, has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a half bathroom, TV room, dining room, kitchen with fully equipped bar (refrigerator, stove with gas included, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes, blender, etc), backyard with washing machine and parking for two cars.
It is part of a private residential complex called Los Olivos III, has 24-hour surveillance, green areas, a semi-Olympic pool in a common area and very close to all the attractions offered by our beautiful Playa del Carmen.
Master bedroom: 1 King Size bed, own bathroom and dressing room.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, closet and shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, closet and shared bathroom with bedroom 2.
In the living room there is a sofa bed with space for two people.
