About this house rental
This newer unit has been built with comfort in mind. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The dining room features two story windows and a cathedral ceiling. The fireplace in the living room is an inviting place to warm your toes. The home has been outfitted with 3 TVs so you can relax and enjoy cable programming or smart TV features. The hot tub is located on the lower level. The laundry room has a full sized washer/dryer for your use. The four bedrooms are all a good size with good storage. Ski equipment can be stored in the secure heated garage.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Snow Skiing and Boarding
Ski/Board Out is a 5 minute walk from the property
From our unit you can ski/walk to the end of our complex between units 1 and 48 to enter the ski way that takes you to the base of Mount Morrisey or Orient Chair lift. You can purchase lift tickets here and ski from here to any of the three mountains at Sun Peaks. The unit is also ski in from Sun Dance or Orient Chair.

Beautiful spot on sun peaks. Ski in was easy but ski out required a little 2 minute walk. But no driving required.
Great space for family and kids. Nice heated garage for all the gear. Couldn’t get the basement tv to work, but the kids had iPads. Fireplace was out of service, so that aspect of sitting by the fire after a day of skiing was missing.
Overall would recommend!
