We recently spent three nights at Seastack “Mica”, and overall it was such a memorable and relaxing coastal escape.
What we loved most about the property was the location and atmosphere. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and having glimpses of the beach set the tone for a really peaceful stay. The space felt thoughtfully designed and minimal, with bespoke solid brass finishes in both the kitchen and bathroom that added a refined touch of luxury. The living areas was definitely a highlight, open, light-filled space with floor to ceiling windows that were perfectly positioned to soak in the view without interruption. It felt like a place where you could truly slow down and just be present.
The outdoor area was also a standout. Being able to sit, have a coffee, and feed the wallabies made the experience feel really special and a little removed from everyday life.
The bedroom didn’t quite match the same experience as the main living space. The bed itself was comfortable, but the bedroom orientation seemed a little odd. Rather than facing the full beach view it is positioned in a way that you get a partial view only, and for some reason is facing the living area of the neighbouring Seastack. It created a bit of a disconnect compared to the rest of the property, especially when the coastal aspect is such a big part of what makes the stay so unique.

Beautiful building and interiors, stunning views and you can hear the waves from beach overnight. Lovely and peaceful. A truly unique experience.
