This 4 story 2,400 Sq ft. home (5 total beds - 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 sleeper sofas) Comfortably sleeps up to 10 people, but can easily fit more! Additionally, with 3 separate living areas there is plenty of space for everyone! This is the ideal spot for a group of friends, newly-weds, couples and bachelor/bachelorette parties to come and experience the amazing Music City. Explore all that our city has to offer! Less than a 3 minute drive to Hemingway’s Bar and Hideaway, Flamingo Cocktail Club, get a fresh cut at the Blockhouse barber shop, Sassafras Market & Deli and more. Just 7 minutes to all Downtown Nashville has to offer!!

Decent location. Few things broken and the carpet is stained in one bedroom. Had a decent stay. Beds were comfortable.

Our second stay at this property for our trip to Nash. Great location, quiet neighbors, plenty of parking and enough bathrooms for the entire group. We’re high maintenance and like our space so this property was perfect for our group of 4!
