Villa storica molto bella. Appartamento spazioso con due camere da letto e open space cucina-salotto. Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dalla piazza di Valeggio (si arriva comodamente a piedi anche a Borghetto). Proprio fronte ci sono un supermercato e una farmacia. Proprietari molto gentili, sempre pronti a dare consigli utili. Molto apprezzata la bottiglia di vino all’arrivo, l’acqua e il necessario per la prima colazione. Prezzo onesto calcolando che può ospitare fino a sei persone.

- fijne tuin (maar geen gebrujk van gemaakt ivm erg veel muggen)
- bagage wordt omhoog getild mbv een automatische lier
- sfeervol ingericht en ruim appartement. Fotos kloppen helemaal
- flesje wijn en water stond klaar
- in de tuin peuterfietsje en step te gebruiken (geen speeltoestel). We mochten het fietsje zelfs een dagje meenemen wat erg leuk was
- parkeren veilig op eigen terrein
- locatie dichtbij centrum
- we boekten een appartement met twee slaapkamers, maar mochten het bed in de tweede kamer niet gebruiken (daar stond het babybedje).
- Er is geen volledige keuken aanwezig: separate inductieplaat met twee pitten; geen afzuigkap aanwezig waardoor met koken het blauw stond, geen messenset, geen waterkoker, vriesvak kon niet dicht ivm ijsgroei
- ramen konden wel open, maar dat deden we niet ivm veel muggen. Geen horren aanwezig.
- Airco staat op een timer en gaat s nachts uit. Erg warm (want ramen niet open)
- Je slaapt op de bovenste verdieping zonder nooduitgang. Een oprolbare noodladder zou een hele goede toevoeging zijn voor een veilig gevoel
