The biggest advantage of that place is localisation - only 10 min from very nice beach. The house is big and comfortable and has great tarrace with beautiful view!

The owner attitude was very disappointing even arrogant I would say. First of all - he was not there, he lives 400km from Mimice, so he do not check if the place is properly cleaned and prepared for his guests. We found moldy coffee express - he commented - "just clean it ", the floor tiles were broken and left on the floor..- we send him photo - he said - "sorry". There was no accessories for washing dishes ( there is no dishwasher) and no garbage bags, and only 3 toilet paper rolls for 2 weeks / 4 people - we needed to buy all this. The TV that was not working at all - we send him info, he did not believed us - send after a week his local friend to check... but even after that he did not offer any compensation, although I asked. We had really not nice contact - and when we left the house - he send us info on whatsapp, that we left dirty frying pan and the cleaning lady needed to wash it. This is not what you expect for the price we have paid for that place. So if you decide to go there be " ready" for such relation/attitude.
