This house is what hospitality looks and feels like. it is a chance to stay in such a house. An opportunity to be close to the most popular beaches, within a few km away and to have such a good comfort, with everything that you possibly think, at your disposal. The house has the windows oriented to the east so, the light iand the view are stunniing in the morning, just to have a nice day, everyday of your stay. Thanks for your great advices and for the most welcoming accomodation. Ps: no need for air conditioning, we've been in late June and the house is very well ventilated and you can keep the windows covered in the noon. The road is very accessible. We had taken the road four times, with a small car so if we can't complain, I guess nobody will. Maybe after the rainy days, but not after a small shower.

Best communication with the host I ever had. The hints&tips offered by the host were very helpful. The house has an interesting rustic, but in the same time modern design. If you are looking to have a relaxing nights, right in the middle of the nature, it is a perfect place to stay.

The dirty road (the last about 650 meters) is pretty bumpy, but it is not under the supervision of the host, being a public road. Even so, if you will drive slow, it will not create any problems even to a lower car.

The villa was stunning. Quiet, peaceful and well equipped. Family of 6 accommodated comfortably. No A/C but all windows had mosquito nets on the outside allowing good airflow. Fans also provided. Only 15 mins from skiathos town.

Tilt/open door to kitchen area didnt have a mosquito net on the outside, which would be ideal in the summer months to allow more airflow and keep out all the night time insects. A simple magnetic net (removable without damaging the frame) would solve this problem.

House λ, gave us the opportunity to experience nature like no other place would. Quite, totally peaceful with a marvelous view of the sea and mountains. Unique!!

The road to the property is very challenging, a 4*4 vehicle and an experienced driver is a must! Also, if you like grilling the house offers this option but the way the grill is built, the windy conditions and the amount of dry grass and trees around it make it a real fire hazard.
