A casa é super aconchegante, limpa e espaçosa. Pertinho da praia(alguns passos) e o lugar é super tranquilo e silêncio.

A casa surpreende por ser maior do que nas fotos, internamente. Tudo limpo, arejado, local sossegado e pertinho da praia. A comunicação com o Sr. Norberto e d. Edilaine foi eficiente e rápida. Recomendamos e voltaremos, certamente!

A casa tem uma localização ótima para quem não gosta de muita muvuca na praia, fica afastada do centro, ideal para família e bem pertinho da praia, porém deixa um pouco a deseja quanto a estrutura da casa. Casa antiga, um pouco rustica e escura, sinal de celular as vezes caía e sem wi-fi, mas para o que precisávamos foi bom.

Casa boa. Gostei do espaço, bem limpa, tudo funcionando, muito perto da praia, local bem tranquilo. O proprietário foi bem atencioso durante a negociação. Recomendo.
