All of our properties are professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathrooms, as well as extra blankets & pillows around the home. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

The house was very clean and had accurate description! Check in process was very easy and accommodating for an early check in. Having 4 bathrooms was amazing! our group loved the house!!

Great property! Everything you could need for a great Nashville visit. Kitchen contained plenty of pots and pans, silverware and glasses so that we could cook our own meals. Everything we could need, & very spacious bedrooms. The rooftop was super fun and had great views of the city. We were close to everything, 10–15 minute Uber ride to Broadway. So clean & comfortable for us 6 ladies on our Girls Weekend. Please note: we could NOT fit our compact car AND our medium sized SUV both in the detached garage, but ample street parking. Kroger was very close by. We felt safe & secure in the neighborhood and in the VRBO. wonderful communication with the hosts, easy check in and check out. Clear instructions on how to get in and out and what to do at check out. Would absolutely stay here again!

The neighborhood is not the safest - three people were shot at the nearby supermarket while we were there (this is not a joke). It is not safe to walk around and explore, so don't think you might be able to walk to broadway - you will absolutely have to get a taxi!
I think it would have been nice if this was clearer.
The rooftop deck was nice, we enjoyed the skyline view. There are neighbors that are very close by, so you can't be too loud on the deck.
