About this cottage rental

Enjoy the best of York Beach with this perfect cottage plus separate Bunk House (20ft away), just an 8-10 minute walk from the Bathhouse on Long Sands Beach. AC and heat in both the cottage and bunkhouse. The main house features a front deck, two bedrooms, bathroom enclosed front porch, back sunroom, plus a bunkhouse that sleeps 5. Enjoy the firepit and large yard at night.

The property is on a quiet street with nice outdoor space. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and settle in for evening in the yard at the fire pit. There is also a patio set and picnic tables to enjoy eating outside.

Great location, newly renovated (as advertised), spacious backyard serves as additional living space. Kids loved the bunk house! Easy walk to Long Sands, shops and restaurants. Would come back and recommend to friends!

We just rented Karen’s cottage in York over Columbus Day weekend. What a great little cottage. It was so clean, well stocked and very comfortable beds! I traveled with my family of 4, my mother in-law who was visiting from Illinois, and our 2 dogs. The bunkhouse was a great space for us to spread out. There is no bathroom in the bunkhouse, but it’s only 10 steps from the main house so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Long Sands Beach is only minutes away and a great place to let the dogs run in the morning when the tide is out. Karen was great to work with, very responsive! We loved exploring York and Ogunquit. We will definitely be back!
