It was a nice place once you got up there. A lot of stairs… it was a fun adventure for but a lot of work to haul all of

The open layout, kitchen and living area was great, plus a lot of sleeping accommodation options with the 3 bedrooms, loft with sleeping mat an pullout couch.

So. Many. Stairs. Not only to get to the front door but there were 3 short levels (sort of a split or tri- level layout ). Thankfully our kids are older and up for the challenge so it was a fun adventure. The worst part was not being able to open the windows!! So many windows but none of them had screens. We tried to open two different windows but the top pane would fall into the bottom part and it was really difficult to pull it back up and required two people. I was really looking forward to feeling the fresh air and hearing the ocean so that was really really disappointing.

Loved the ocean views

We loved that the home was within driving distance to the outlet mall and grocery stores

none of the windows had screens, therefore it was a major safety issue. The home sits on a very long flight of stairs, if someone were to fall out of the windows they would be severely injured.

Great experience, would stay there again

The location was great. A wonderful view of the ocean, in many of the rooms. Easy access to the beach. The master bedroom had a wonderful view of the ocean from the room and the deck. The clawfoot tub was very relaxing. Even the master bathroom had a view of the ocean, pretty sweet. Overall, a great stay, very comfortable home. The whole family had a blast!! We would definitely recommend this house to our friends.

It was a bit difficult to sleep 8 people The three queen beds were great, but both of the single hide a beds were broken and the double hide-a-bed was not real comfortable. If we would have brought some air mattresses we could have put them up in the loft, which would have made for a more comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at a beach treehouse! What great family memories!

The house was great for our family. It had enough bedrooms and places to sleep. The bathrooms were accommodating for our stay.

The description never said that there was 61 stairs to climb to get to the house. My husband had a massive heart attack 2 years ago and could barely climb the stairs. You need to disclose the fact that there is a lot of stairs and anyone with a health issue might not be able to climb the stairs. Thank you.
