Overprice. Its OK hotel but for Central América cost they are overcharging. Breakfast is very poor, we whent to a place nearby and got a much better breakfast.

The hotel was the worst experience ever. Room ***: Dirty carpet, carpet has multiple areas where it is not permanently fixed and is a trip hazard. The metal floor trap in the shower, another hazard where my husband and 10 year old stepped on and stuck the metal pin underneath their foot. Exposed electrical wires in the shower area. Towels and blankets are washed and placed in the patio for sun drying, not hygienic. TV, the remote controls and TV did not work smoothly. The water valve was shut down for some time and the toilet would not flush. The front desk attendant told us he had just turned it on. No refrigerator, breakfast and coffee was cold. The internet connection was horrible. The beds are horrible to sleep on, and the beds will make you wake up with back problems. At the time of check out, they made me wait until the room was verified, and made an issue of a towel that had a yellow stain. The towel was given to us that way, and we kept our mouth shut with all the other issues we experienced. But this was the turning point for me treating me like I had stolen the remote controls when I had brought them to the reception as instructed, and with the towel stain on top of that. If I could give them a negative star rating, I definitely would give them a -5 stars.
