8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
An easy €6 taxi ride from bus or train station. Good location on the edge of old town and ten minutes walk from most sites. We had an apartment on first floor which luckily did not have any windows facing the street so it was quiet and also cooler as the sun didn’t reach the back. The apartment was spacious. The set up is good for bags, hanging space etc. the shower was excellent, plenty of towels supplied. Supermarkets a five minute walk away.
We have stayed in many places and have got to know what’s expected. The mattress wasn’t the best, it was light, soft and not comfortable for us. There were no wine glasses. It’s expected to get a new sponge and cloth for washing dishes and a draining board or rack. The internet was very bad and dropped out all the time, so every time you used your phone you had to log in again. No iron or ironing board.

Location is good, instructions from property management are informative and clear
No knives at the kitchen, and the stuff refused to provide it. Actually, you can’t use the kitchen without knives. Also, sink make a very loud noise for a long time after use - very unpleasant and uncomfortable.
