Hubby and I stayed here for 3 nights.
PROS: Self-serve laundry and airport shuttle stop just in front of hotel are convenient. Front desk staff very helpful. Super clean hotel.
CONS: Service at restaurants super slow. They seat guests for breakfast one at a time but first must enter a queue online to enter. Other than the buffet breakfast, food at restaurants was not good - better off dining outside of hotel.

No words to explain the beauty and magic of this place. From check in to check out, A+ service and cleanliness. Exceeded every expectation and made our stay in Okinawa extra special. They even arranged a private photo shoot for my wife’s birthday.

Halekulani is the best hotel I’ve stayed at! Upon arrival we were welcomed by the staff, got our bags, assisted our checkin and gave us welcome drinks. After checkin we were accompanied and introduced to our room. There were tote bag freebies and slippers to wear on site. There were multiple robes for bath, for swimming outside as well as pajamas. Every swimming area we were given towels and water was served. Most of the staff spoke english too and were very friendly. We felt special at our stay even if we didnt book the most expensive rooms. The pools and jacuzzi were great. The food was good too!! We had the best time there!
