About this villa rental
Sunny holiday villa for rent in Ibiza style with a charming, cozy interior. The detached villa is close to the child-friendly beach of Cala Vadella and has a private swimming pool.
Outside you can chill out in the lounge area, at the swimming pool or on the covered terrace. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset every day. Sant Josep, where you can find everything you need, is less than 15 minutes' drive, the airport 25 minutes. There are various restos in the area.
The living space consists of a:
Cozy dining room with round table.
Half open kitchen with dishwasher, electric fire, combi oven, refrigerator with small freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, kettle, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board.
Washing machine, dryer and second refrigerator with large freezer are available downstairs.
Sunny living room with air conditioning, alarm, WIFI internet, music box and TV with various channels via satellite.
On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200 and a separate bathroom with a double sink, shower and toilet.
On the first floor:
1 master bedroom with terrace and beautiful sea view with a double bed of 180 x 200 and an ensuite bathroom with bath and double sink and toilet.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 each with ensuite bathroom with double washbasin, shower and WC.
Air conditioning everywhere.
Bed linen and towels everywhere.
Safe available in the master bedroom.
Hairdryers available in every bathroom.
1 baby cot and 1 baby chair can be provided on request.
Outside there is a large terrace with gas BBQ and there are various places to relax in a peaceful green environment.

A beautifully appointed villa in a stunning location with some of the best sea views you could wish for. Patricia (host) was incredibly helpful throughout, as was Tim (local agent), giving tips and suggestions. The sunsets are truly breathtaking and a real highlight (see photos). Cala Vedella is a great base to explore the Island and offers a lovely beach and a good selection of local restaurants. A 10/10 holiday.

We had a wonderful time with our two daughters in this beautifully renovated house! The design is great- very light and modern. Beds were super comfy. And the sunsets were incredible! We enjoyed them every night from the outdoor lounge area. We can highly recommend this house!

The Villa is wonderful and very well suited for a family vacation or with friends. We - my wife and daughter - had stayed there for our 2nd week on the island after spending our first week in a traditional Finca that was also high-end but quite different.
This Villa offers all that is needed for a great vacation:
It is very light and sunny inside with a sunset sea view from the large outside table, the outside seats & the master bedroom with its balcony. Definitely a highlight!
It's inside and outside decoration is stylish and comfortable and the Villa is fully equipped with everything that could be needed e.g. a Weber gas grill, etc. It's easy to see that the owner is using the villa herself...
The communication with the owner was friendly, easy, fast and straight forward. Lotte, the super nice local manager was very responsive when needed e.g. we were not able to stop the alarm and she helped us within 2 minutes to shut it down.
The location and the neighborhood it very good and you can walk by foot to Cala Vadella beach within 15min.
I can highly recommend this Villa!
