About this house rental
The summer house is situated in Kalathos village with stunning panoramic views to the amazing blue sea at Kalathos beach and Masari bay. Only 5 min drive from historic Lindos.
The house is fully refurbished with all modern facilities. When descending from the private carport you come to a private courtyard with a brick built bbq with sink and a large dining table with umbrella - the perfect setting for creating unforgettable barbecue dinners.
The front door opens to a lovely fully equipped kitchen with dining table, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, micro wave and dishwasher. A few steps lead down to the open plan dining/living area with comfy corner sofa, coffee table, large flat screen smart TV, dining table seating 6 and a sofa bed that can accommodate a 5th person.
There is direct access from the living room to a large furnished terrace with private spa whirlpool and stunning views over the surrounding area and out to the sea. The terrace is furnished with a relaxing sofa set and two sun loungers.
On the ground floor there is also a small bathroom with shower enclosure.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, large storage room and en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure. There is direct access to a private furnished balcony with incredible view to the sea. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, that can be pushed together to form a double bed, wardrobe and a large balcony overlooking the courtyard.
There is private parking for one car in the carport.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kalathos Summer House and Eirini and Georgos were excellent hosts. The house has had a brilliant restoration. Will definitely look at revisiting

The apartment is beautiful and you have a really great view from the terraces which you can also enjoy from the pool.
If you are there in the off-season you should not expect all restaurants to be open. However, there is still a nice selection of food options. We had a great time!

We travel a lot, but this house is top of the list for features, welcoming touches, the location for seeing the island, the view, ease of use. We strongly recommend it.
