About this house rental
Beautiful new camp with a view of a 30 tree apple orchard. 8 minute walk to Paradox Lake private beach and a 5 minute drive to the town of Schroon Lake. Central heat and air conditioning for your comfort. Come and enjoy the fresh smell of knotty pine throughout this spacious camp with vaulted ceilings, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, soap-stone countertops (natural to this area), Smart TV with high speed internet service, washer and dryer, etc... There is an RV hookup 50amp outlet with a water supply as well. There is a screened enclosed gazebo, horseshoe pit, and gas grill. Small dogs allowed and must provide $100 pet fee. NO SMOKING please. Linens are supplied. This property is pet-friendly!!!

We've staying here multiple times in the past few years! LOVE the proximity to the lake, plus great restaurants and groceries at Schroon. Judy is an amazing host, and there's always upgrades and improvements to the property each time we go. They added a lovely garden orchard this last visit!

The Carriage House was charming, spacious and well appointed. Nice deck, felt like I was in a tree house. There is a nice screen house, good size and a firepit as well. The flower garden is lovely and there were hummingbirds and butterflies all over the Coneflowers. There is access to a small private beach a short walk away too. Owners are very nice, my family felt comfortable there. We were out and about alot so it was nice to have a comfy place to chillax at night. Thank you Judy and Charlie.

Stayed here for a week this summer with my parents, son, sister and niece. What a beautiful place in an idyllic location. The private beach association was fantastic.
