We had a great time in Anglesey, location was great. Close to everything we needed and wanted to see. Parking was great for the property also. The property had a cosy feeling in the evening.

On arrival the information given for the property ie. Door colour wasn't the actual colour stated in the email information so we had a bit of trouble findingthe right property. WiFi passwords also didn't match what was on the emails. The property downstairs had a smell, almost like a care home. Beds were extremely creeky (on reading past reviews these are still the same beds) double bed duvet cover was old and bobbly and a large stain one of the single beds mattresses. Door frames different heights so a struggle for 6ft and over. We couldn't have the shower on a high pressure due to the shower bowl filling up and possible overflow onto the floor. No door to close the shower off from getting water onto the bathroom floor. Kitchen was small but manageable. Kettle full of limescale definitely needs replacing. Some windows don't have proper locks or fully working locks so that was a worry. The noise from the toilet when flushing is very loud and can be heard downstairs and you couldn't hear the TV over it. If you had babies or small children this would wake them. Bathroom door was hard to shut as it didn't seem to fit the door frame properly. At night it was a little noisy as you are next to a pub and on a main road. Cleanliness was ok although we did find a false nail on the main besroom floor. Overall the property could do with some attention and as the location is great.

Cosy property with comfy beds. Situated in handy location within close proximity to all parts of Anglesey. Also across the road from famous railway station.

Loved the location

The bed in the master bedroom felt as if it might drop apart, too scared to move because of the squeaking. The shower tray backed up with water, contacted the owner to let them know. Kitchen space could have been utilised better, no work space but a full size fridge freezer. Would benefit from an under counter fridge freezer so to make better use of the kitchen. I came out with a few injuries trying to work round it all.

The location was excellent. Directions sent by host perfect. Opposite train station so convenient as we travelled by train. Pub next door. Also fish and chip shop, cafe and Co-op just up the road. Entry into property by door code so easy as long as code is changed from previous occupancy!! No keys to worry about. We loved the area, could walk to Menai Bridge, and surrounding area. We used the train to explore along the route up to Holyhead. And we had amazing weather.

First impressions say a lot. Especially when you've been travelling all day and you're tired. Outside certainly doesn't look very inviting. Boarded up section where glass should be in front door. I can understand outside where obviously work going on next door and otherside looks like another property , but the sand bucket filled with water and cigarette ends, the old crates I think for recycling possibly. The windows need cleaning. Generally lacking TLC. The shower ended up cold each time we used it. The beds did creak alot. You say there is milk in the 'welcome pack' but there was none, only tea and coffee sachets anyway, the box is not very inviting either. We needed other shopping anyway so no real problem. The kitchen is not that well equipped. If you provide a microwave you need to include some plastic items to use. Scissors would be useful. Generally the property lacked TLC certainly not 5*. I'd have something to say to the cleaner.
