The person helping us was very nice and supportive when we didn’t know what to do with shower and the facilities.

Clean and comfortable house in a great location on Anglesey. Good communication from owner and easy check in. Easy and convenient parking.
Beds were very squeaky! Kitchen could have done with a couple more utensils such as scissors and a sieve/ cullinder.

The location was excellent. Directions sent by host perfect. Opposite train station so convenient as we travelled by train. Pub next door. Also fish and chip shop, cafe and Co-op just up the road. Entry into property by door code so easy as long as code is changed from previous occupancy!! No keys to worry about. We loved the area, could walk to Menai Bridge, and surrounding area. We used the train to explore along the route up to Holyhead. And we had amazing weather.
First impressions say a lot. Especially when you've been travelling all day and you're tired. Outside certainly doesn't look very inviting. Boarded up section where glass should be in front door. I can understand outside where obviously work going on next door and otherside looks like another property , but the sand bucket filled with water and cigarette ends, the old crates I think for recycling possibly. The windows need cleaning. Generally lacking TLC. The shower ended up cold each time we used it. The beds did creak alot. You say there is milk in the 'welcome pack' but there was none, only tea and coffee sachets anyway, the box is not very inviting either. We needed other shopping anyway so no real problem. The kitchen is not that well equipped. If you provide a microwave you need to include some plastic items to use. Scissors would be useful. Generally the property lacked TLC certainly not 5*. I'd have something to say to the cleaner.
