The house is newly built and located on a perfect sunny and quiet location along the coast, only 150 metres from the nearest beach and 1.5 km from the small village of Sveti Juraj. It consists of 8 apartments and has a large outdoor pool. Guests will appreciate an amazing view from the terrace, and will also be provided with free WiFi and private sunbeds on this apartment's terrace. The house also has a dedicated covered BBQ area that can accommodate as much as 8 people, a table tennis table and a large park. Each apartment is air-conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchenette and a flat screen TV. The distance to the nearest airport (Rijeka Airport) is 57 km.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, neu und sauber. Die Uferstraße ist tagsüber sehr befahren und laut. Nette Vermieterin, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder

Eine sehr nette Vermieterin, absolut hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein tolles Objekt in guter Lage. Der Ausblick vin der Dachterrasse ist herrlich. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Gerade im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten ein absolutes Vorzeige-Appartement...

Unsere Wohnung im Haus war sehr sauber und mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet - vom Toilettenpapier bis zum Spüli. Die Lage ist sehr zentral: Nur wenige Fahrminuten bis Sveti Juraj oder Senji. Auch das Hinterland hat seine Reize. Einzig störend ist die viel befahrene Straße, die Nachts allerdings sehr ruhig ist.

Not Good:
Интернет в номере отвратительный, Интернет возле бассейна отвратительный. Пользоваться невозможно. Весь отпуск использовался мобильный интернет (google maps, emails)
Вода из крана воняет. Как будто из канализации.
Балкон общий на 2 номера, это полный бред. Соседи постоянно сидели на нашем "общем" балконе, при том что в том номере есть большой балкон с другой стороны дома. В купальнике/плавках не выйти, как в общаге.
Розеток мало, не это удобно.
В отеле 8 номеров (много). Всех благ в 1 экземпляре. Одна стиральная машина, одна сушильная машина, один гриль…
Бассейн под окнами какого то номера. Нужно обходить дом (100 метров).
