Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges

• This deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
Valet Parking (Optional):
• 1 to 7 days: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes

The condo and the views are really absolutely amazing!!!The waits for elevators and valet parking were about 10 minutes. Cooking in the condo was difficult as there were minimal supplies.
