About this apartment rental
friendly and bright comfortable apartment upstairs on 2 floors
for max. 4 people. Upstairs are the bedroom with double bed, shower / WC with washing machine and the living room with integrated fully fitted kitchen.
The attic can be reached via a space-saving staircase, there is the second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a separate toilet, pets are not allowed,
South-facing balcony with garden furniture
Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented
1 parking space at the house, Non smoking apartment

On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded.

The peninsula Fischland-Darß-Zingst lies between Rostock and Stralsund.
You reach Prerow on the B 105, crossing Löbnitz then direction Barth or crossing Altheide, then on the Bäderstraße. Prerow is very centrally located and offers next to the white sandy beach a lot of excursion possibilities: maritime museum, Ozeaneum, leisure bath "Hanse Dom" in Stralsund, bird park Marlow.
In spring and autumn, the cranes can always be observed.
The environment invites to long bike rides.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist gut gelegen 5 Minuten zu Fuß in das Zentrum von Prerow, 4 km zum phänomenalen Weststrand. Allein der Weg dort hin ist ein Erlebnis!
Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man so braucht. Kücheninventar ausreichend.
Es gibt einen schönen und großen Balkon, auf dem man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Im Objekt müsste aber die Markise erneuert werden. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon wäre schön wenn es neue wären Es fehlten Messer, Pfannenwender,

Eine geschmackvolle,funktionale Wohnung, die komplett gut ausgestattet ist mit allen notwendigen Elektrogeräten. Wir haben besonders den Balkon genossen und konnten aufgrund des guten Wetters alle Mahlzeiten im Freien einnehmen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Ort und wir haben die Nähe zum Strand und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr geschätzt. Wir würden Sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon und liegt sehr gut. Es gibt einen guten Fahrradschuppen.
Das Internet funktioniert nur dürftig. Wir haben in den ( schon etwas ollen) Teppichen Haare von unseren Vorgängern gefunden.
Im Badezimmer kommt Campingplatz-Feeling auf ( die Waschmaschine ist mit Münzeinwurf, die Dusche schaltet nach ca. 30s automatisch ab, wenn man nicht nachtriggert). Es gibt leider nicht viele Steckdosen.
