Bel appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, sobre et élégant, au rez de chaussée d'une belle maison basque. Propriétaires à l'étage très sympathiques. Jolie terrasse fleurie encadrée par d'autres belles bâtisses et superbe végétation. Les +, notamment pour les usagers du train : - arrêt de bus 17 qui relie rapidement au centre ville, à la gare et à à la halte routière, - petit centre commercial accessible à pied ou à 2 arrêts par le même bus.
Léger bémol : le retrait des clés à l'agence située au centre ville...mais personnel très attentionné et arrangeant.

appartement bien équipé, mais quelques rafraîchissements seraient nécessaires.

L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre ville mais comme un arrêt de bus se situait à 30 m de l'appartement cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé.
Le matelas du lit mériterait d'être remplacé car il n'est vraiment pas confortable.
