Super clean and nice hotel

We booked pool access room which was amazing. the hotel staff were super helpfull to have the room decorated with flowers and ballons. The vacation moved 2 times yet they help us to have the room in our possible time. The room is very clean. Bath & shower were superb. easy parking close to the room with super helpfull staff that helped getting in and out of the hotel

The spa prices are too high. The pools can be heated for rainy days

While we faced a sensitive issue during our visit, the way the management and team handled it reflected nothing but professionalism, empathy, and accountability. From the General Manager Mr. Bjorn to Ms. Noppawan, Mr. Julian, Ms. Honey, Ms. Niraphorn and Ms. Naina at the front desk, every single person worked tirelessly to ensure the matter was resolved with dignity and fairness. What touched us most was the gracious, calm, and respectful communication at every step. Instead of avoiding responsibility, the resort management took care of the situation and provided solutions that made us feel valued as guests. Friendly, relaxing 5 star resort in stunning location. Will definitely consider coming back

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff went out of their way to make the experience amazing. Food selection at breakfast was great. Great spa treatments. The setting of the hotel was stunning - the beach was glorious and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone.

There were part of the hotel that felt a little 'tired'. Outside our room some of the decking was chipped and broken in the corner. There was quite a lot of sand in the pool outside our rooms. It was a shame that the sun loungers could havent gone a little further onto the beach - having all the chairs so close together meant it was always noisy and very little sun as everything was all under the trees.

I had an amazing stay at InterContinental Phuket Resort! ✨ Staff: The team was absolutely fantastic helpful, friendly, and very supportive throughout our stay. 📍 Location: A top class destination for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. It’s about 30 to 45 minutes from Patong, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for nightlife but for serenity, this place is perfect. Highly recommended! 🍽️ Breakfast: The breakfast was quite good with a variety of options. Facilities are good, overall clean hotel and very nice friendly staff.

1- This is first time in my life I am staying in a hotel where you wait outside for queue to have breakfast. I was shocked actually. I felt myself like I am in a shopping center and where all the people wait in front of a restaurant to be sit. 2- Many facilities closed at 22:00 so you almost have nothing to do except going out for other bar or rest etc. This is holiday place it is not a business place to sleep early and wake up early. People come here for holidays not sleep early and wake up early routine. 3- Tennis court, we try to go tennis court multiple times, despite we claimed 2-3 floor up but when we try to open door and it was always closed. Nothing is written on the door or in entrance. So never could play a tennis.

If you’re looking to sit back relax and honestly not leave the resort, this is it!! I genuinely stayed in for most of the nights with no complaints. Amazing breakfast , great hospitality, 5 star rooms from the standard to the lagoon villa. The hotel is divided into 2 sections the lagoon side and the beach side. Best part of it , is that they provide you a buggy through an underground tunnel to the other side which is the beach or you could walk. Pine beach bar for great sunsets, beach views , quick dip in the beach or a walk by. Let me add once ur here forget about Patong beach!! 2 michelin star restaurants in the resort , afternoon tea from 2-4pm and happy hour! I booked the lagoon villa and it’s honestly one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in!! Forget about private pools! U have a private area covered with beautiful greenery , private jacuzzi and a full on lagoon with water features! The room comes with a butler to help you with all your needs. Reservations, bookings, services etc!! Until ur last day! Our butler “honey” did an amazing job with every request/ question i had. She made the stay easy, memorable and smooth. Thank you for an outstanding customer service.

The hotel is in one of the best locations in Phuket. It's very comfortable, and we felt right at home :) The staff were some of the best I've ever seen, especially Kevin and Nochi. They are extremely friendly, professional, respectful, and helpful, and were one of the main reasons for the success of my visit to Phuket and my comfortable stay at the hotel.

A decent stay with helpful staff

Our stay started with a room facing a busy road, which was quite noisy. Thankfully, the hotel staff was accommodating and moved us to a much quieter room on the second day. The rest of the stay was pleasant, though nothing extraordinary. Overall, a decent experience with good customer service.

The pictures in the website makes you think that the hotel is on the beach but only some very few rooms are on the beach side, all the others are on the other side of the road. And the price for a last minute purchase was a bit high for Phuket. The staff should impose the rules and keep the peace a lot more for guests in the swimming pool, many kids carrying drinking glasses inside the pool and making a big mess with dirty and noises, extremely annoying but has nothing to do with the property only the staff.

The accommodation was over priced. I’ve stayed there the last 2 years. Also what I didn’t like was the fact i tried to book breakfast before my stay only to be told that I couldn’t and I’d be charged double the price of the original quote on booking.com I explained to the desk on arrival the amount of other people I had advised to come to the hotel(which is many) and they still would not change their stance. It’s the last time I’ll ever stay there due to the principle. I’d had to amazing stays there previously.

I’m a returning guest 3 years on the run and was showed no compassion regarding my mistake in forgetting to book breakfast and they tried to over charge me.

A real relaxation gem for couples and families with outstanding service

Great location not too far away from the airport at a stunning beach. The hotel premises are nothing short of beautiful and well-looked after, breakfast selection is excellent and the staff just outstanding – probably the most friendly and attentive we have ever experienced in any hotel worldwide. The hotel is split in two halves, one towards the hills and one at the beach. Both are connected with a short convenient tunnel and a buggy service is available. There are four pools and the beach area has a rare number of tall trees, providing ample shade. It's a hotel that makes you dread the departure day.

Outstanding experience

We arrived early in the morning and the hotel check in was around 3pm. We were exhausted after the long flight and we experienced some jet lag as well. So the staff did everything and we were checked in before 11, which was lifesaving. They are great people working there, and they did amazing job. Thank you Interior, beach , food everything was just perfect!
