A beautiful home in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. We were a group of 12- 9 adults and 3 children (5, 3 & 4months) The house served us well and is nicely laid out.

So just being completely honest, the property was ok but has some wear. I was upset because I asked for the pool to be heated long before we arrived and it wasn't. I let the property manager know and for one night the pool was kinda warm. I was told I was being refunded for the pool heat but not sure if I was. The jucuzzi did not work the entire time. The pool was an important feature for my family as we just wanted to relax and enjoy our nights at the house. Huge disappointment!!
So the house itself is dated. It's not a new new home. The ceiling had water stains, the master bedroom balcony was broken and a hazard. We didn't know that before we booked. The pool fence is flimsy and the grill was nasty. I'm not sure if we could even use it but we didn't. If you take the time to walk around the home, you will see several issues.
The house was about a 15-20 min drive to the airport and maybe 10 mins to Disney. The things my kids did enjoy were the movie room, the pool for one day, the pool table and watching tv outdoors. For the cost though, next time I'll add a little extra money and stay in an more updated home.
