The house is a townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, toilet, 3 blocks from the edge of Aracaju, fully furnished for your comfort and well-being. All furniture is new, including beds and sheets. The house is spacious, well ventilated, has air conditioning / fans in the bedrooms. Full kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cookware. The house is cozy, has 3 bedrooms that sleep 4 people in the suite and 2 people in each of the single rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 wash, all furniture is new, very close to the edge allowing easy access to restaurants, leisure space, sights, Oceanarium and various events taking place on the waterfront. The Aracaju Waterfront is considered one of the most beautiful and complete in the Northeast.

Casa muito confortável, próxima da praia, rua bem movimentada, para quem tem sono leve fica difícil pegar no sono principalmente no final de semana que ficou bem agitado, mas para quem não tem problema é tranquilo, um pequeno problema com a falta de água, a bomba entrou ar, conseguimos contornar a situação e a proprietária enviou a solução no outro dia e não tivemos mais problemas, no geral gostamos bastante atendeu confortavelmente 8 pessoas!

Fiquei no imóvel da senhora Fabrícia, pessoa educada e prestativa. O imóvel é bem localizado, limpo organizado, mobília nova e bem cuidada, ótimo ambiente para família, local tranquilo e sossegado!
