L'alloggio è veramente bello, spazioso, comodo e dotato di tutti i confort. Ristrutturato penso da poco tempo ha una cucina bella spaziosa, una zona giorno con divano letto grande e una bella camera da letto. Vista porto dalle finestre della zona giorno e della camera da letto. Dotato di tutti i confort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ecc. ecc.) e pulito
Bisogna fare attenzione perchè è un 5° piano senza ascensore. Il vano scala è veramente terribile (anzi penso che sia originario di quando è stato costruito il palazzo e cioè ipotizzo della metà del 1800) però non se ne può fare colpa alla proprietaria

Die Wohnung ist für 3 Personen optimal, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und sogar Wasch-Pods vorhanden (danke dafür!). Die Klimaanlage ist Gold wert!
Die Stufen und das Treppenhaus -man muss es sportlich nehmen!

Edificio fatiscente e i 5 piani con i bagagli (nonostante sia segnalato) e il caldo

Le logement était fonctionnel et correct
Établissement insalubre , au 5 eme étage , énorme cafard dans le bâtiments + odeur d’urine de rat. Les plafonds sont à deux doit de s’effondrer
