Ótima localização

Péssimas instalações, você se sente num manicômio, cama desconfortável e fazendo barulho a noite toda. Pelo valor que foi pago numa diária é um absurdo não oferecer café da manhã. Estou extremamente decepcionado com minha estadia e não recomendo!

A administração foi marcada por falta de profissionalismo, comunicação agressiva e tom ameaçador.

Mesmo com as informações disponíveis no anúncio do Booking.com indicando que o local oferecia café da manhã e estacionamento, nenhum desses serviços foi disponibilizado durante minha hospedagem no quarto 226. Além disso, o quarto apresentava problemas graves de infraestrutura, como a ausência de água quente no chuveiro. Fomos orientados a limitar o tempo de uso para evitar a queima da resistência, o que comprometeu totalmente o conforto e a segurança da estadia. Outro ponto extremamente preocupante diz respeito à cobrança indevida de taxas. No ato da reserva, foram pagos via plataforma: R$ 300,00 de taxa de limpeza; R$ 90,00 referentes a outras taxas obrigatórias. Apesar desse pagamento já ter sido integralmente efetuado por meio do Booking.com — condição inclusive indispensável para a confirmação da reserva —, a administradora do imóvel passou a me cobrar novamente esses valores por meio de Pix, alegando que: “A taxa de lavanderia é paga no check-in porque não somos hotel e pagamos esse serviço à vista. O Booking só repassa essa reserva no próximo mês, entende?” Além da tentativa de cobrança em duplicidade ser indevida, passei a receber mensagens de tom ameaçador por parte da administradora, exigindo o pagamento de taxas já quitadas na plataforma, o que considero uma postura abusiva e constrangedora para qualquer hóspede. A comunicação ao longo da hospedagem também foi insatisfatória: a senha do Wi-Fi só foi enviada às 18h56, apesar de o check-in ter ocorrido por volta das 17h. Já o check-out foi realizado às 8h30 da manhã, mas às 13h04 fui surpreendida com mais uma mensagem da administradora dizendo: “A recepção ainda não informou a entrega das chaves. Normalmente o check-out é às 12h. Informamos que após às 13h, será cobrada uma taxa extra.” Essa conduta demonstra não só desorganização administrativa, como também desrespeito ao consumidor. Ao realizar a reserva no Palácio Quitandinha, a expectativa era de uma experiência de qualidade, associada ao nome e à reputa
