Primeiramente um local de fácil para as praias de Búzios e Arraial. Dono do apartamento super gentil e prestativo. Inclusive nos orientou com excelentes dicas de passeios. Limpeza, organização e calmaria do local é fantástica. Sindico, super gentil, prestativo e educado.

Apartamento incrível, tudo muito novo, ar condicionado nos dois quartos, lugar completamente calmo, reservado e pertinho das praias. Proprietário Carlos muito atencioso, nota 1000.

Imóvel novinho muito bem equipado, arejado e claro. Pessoalmente é muito mais bonito que as fotos do site. A casa tem uma Energia maravilhosa, um ótimo refúgio de paz, vizinhos super educados. Sr. Carlos é um ser encantador, transmite uma paz só de ouvir sua voz, sua tranquilidade e acolhimento foi muito marcante para mim e minha família. Uma pessoa muito humana que realmente gosta de fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas. Obrigada Sr. CARLOS amamos tudo. Espero voltar nas férias.

Adorei o imóvel, condiz com tudo que apresenta na proposta. Imóvel lindo, novo e muito bem cuidado, todo completo, confortável, aconchegante, com todos os utensílios necessários para a estadia confortável da família, incluindo crianças e possui uma vista maravilhosa da varanda. O condomínio é arborizado e gostoso. Muito próximo das praias e principais pontos turísticos da região. Pretendemos voltar outras vezes! SUPER RECOMENDO!!!!!!!
