Die Lage war gut, direkt im Ort und am Strand alles fußläufig zu erreichen, aber an einer Durchgangsstraße, deshalb sehr laut. Schöne Terrrasse, die Bilder bei Booking.com sollten mal wieder aktualisiert werden.

Ein bisschen mehr Sauberkeit in der Küche hätten wir uns gewünscht. Für uns war die Lage der Wohnung zu laut.

A spacious first floor apartment in a nicely renovated building with a large panoramic roof terrace.

We stayed for one week as a family with 2 grown-up kids so we rented both appartements. We really enjoyed the authentic character of the appartements as they are in an old traditional house, with thick walls, high ceilings, old tiled floor, that has been nicely renovated to fit with the current standard of comfort. We took our diners on the roof terrasse, a real pleasure ! Also the house is ideally located as the multiple shops, restaurants and cafés of Garachico are starting just down the road. We found that Garachico is a good spot to stay for as long as one week. It is one of the most friendly and authentic villages that we have come across all Tenerife. You can easily reach by car the South-West Coast where we did some dolphins and whales watching, the El Teide vulcano, Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. Stanley welcomed us at arrival and is a good host who always responded very quickly to our few enquiries. We all strongly recommend !

We stayed the last week of July and had a good 25 degrees but most of the time under some clouds as it seems that the Northern part of the island can sometimes be more cloudy. Also, some noise with a few cars passing by the house at night... but that goes together with staying in a village.
