La situation de la chambre au coeur de la ville. La propreté et les meubles à disposition dans la chambre.
La dame est gentille mais elle devrait donner un peu plus d’explications sur l’usage des sanitaires : chasse d’eau qui a tendance à se coincer et système de douche dont l’utilisation n’est pas forcément intuitive. Par ailleurs, on ne sait pas où et comment la joindre ou la contacter en cas d’interrogation ou au moment du départ.
