Kind hosts, very close to the temples, possibilities to rent a bike and discover the city. The room is good for the price paid. They also offered laundry services. The hosts allowed me to shower in the shared bathroom after check out time!
Bed is hard (it seems the standard in Thailand).

Affordable rooms in a quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Rooms were simple but effective for the affordable price. Fan rooms do get very hot, but this is expected. Free drinking water refills was appreciated. Great location
There was a misunderstanding regarding check out time. Booking.com states that check out time is 12:30. However we were asked to leave at 12 (which was fine) and later found that check out time was actually 11 (I think ?). I recommend you clarify this for your stay.

Great location, free coffee, and a very friendly owner.
Unfortunately the room was quite dirty and leaves much to be desired. Also the windows aren't sealed properly so mosquitoes would get in at night.
