Mieszkanie starannie, przemyślanie urządzone, czyste, z bardzo dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Mimo bliskości ruchliwej ulicy jest cicho, spokojnie. Stare miasto jest osiągalne spacerkiem, w niecałe 10 minut.
Przepływowy podgrzewacz wody jest mało wydajny, pracuje niestabilnie. Korzystanie z ciepłej wody w łazience jest bardzo utrudnione. Budynek znajduje się na terenie objętym strefą zamieszkania. Brak jest oznakowanych miejsc postojowych, co uniemożliwia zaparkowanie samochodu w pobliżu budynku.
