On the White River 3.5 miles below the dam that formed Beaver Lake.

King bed in downstairs living room with barn doors to make it a private bedroom.

( you have to have a subscription for any of your personal streaming services,
An ID and password in order to sign on to Netflix, MAX, Amazon Prime, Peacock, HULU, Parmount+, Disney+, ESPN, etc,,,
PLUTO & YOUTUBE are there on the apple box and they are free....as are some others.
APPLE TV connected on TV downstairs / Use your personal Streaming Services ID & passwords......
Upstairs : Antenna that has 4-7 Springfield channels and DVDs and player connected.

Great location for a very relaxing stay. Close to town. Fishing location is a bit of a walk but a very nice spot to fish. Had everything we needed.

This property was clean and is just gorgeous. We stayed here with friends for a guided fishing trip nearby. We've stayed in the area a few times and this is our favorite rental so far. Host is responsive and informative, we didnt have any issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great location on the river. Home has great character and is very comfortable.

It's so hard to find a decent rental on White River but this property is it! Awesome house, great location.River frontage was perfect for fly fishing.
