The condo was very nice and clean. Everything was exactly as described. Very good service from the owner/rental agency. One evening, we wanted to use the blender to make pina coladas but discovered the blender was broken. I sent a note to the rental agency through the portal and the following morning someone dropped off a new blender.
I love this stretch of Carolina Beach. You are walking distance to the pier and the boardwalk (1 mile). Close enough to places to get a meal and drinks, but not too close that there's traffic and noise.

This was a family vacation and we were very pleased with this property. We did need to contact the property management to clean some grease that was left in the oven, they came right out and took care of it!! Communication was very good! Location of condo was great, not too busy of a spot on the beach. The walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor is a beast but the view is wonderful! We didn’t realize there were extra blankets, fans, vacuum and broom in one of the bedroom closets, that would have come in handy through the week—-didn’t discover until we were doing a final walk through and checked the closet(our kids stayed in that room).

We were there in the off season so I’m sure a bunch of maintenance was about to be completed. The place was awesome but needed a deep cleaning. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved that everything we needed was provided.
Property management was outstanding and super easy to communicate with!
If you want to be on the beach and have a spectacular view this is the palace to stay!
