We stayed the weekend to get away from the office for work. It was a good getaway to accomplish work and provided lots to do for the family while we worked during the day.

The house accommodated our group of 12 perfectly. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals before, between, and after rounds of golf. It is close to the Rope Rider Golf Park for evening competitions and has a great view of the 16th green of Prospector (the listing says 15th hole which is inaccurate). Well kept and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space if desired, and the main floor and outdoor balcony was perfect for the group to gather. I read a review prior to our stay that the neighbor doesn't like noise, and that is very true. We were celebrating a 40th birthday, nothing outrageous, but she was sure to knock on the door and let us know that she could easily hear us and we were "noisy". Although she did mention we were very good looking and polite. It was a non issue as we moved inside for quiet hours and that was the end of that. Overall great house for a golf getaway.

Just steps away from Rope Rider golf course, Swiftwater Winery, biking trails, and parks we never needed to get in the car.
The house was spacious and had room for teenagers as well as cozy napping corners for the toddlers.
Suggestions to improve the home would be to upgrade the BBQ....it was too small . After my husband scoured the grates, the gas stopped and we had to use the oven to finish cooking the salmon and steaks. Also, the kitchen needs better lighting and organization... replacing some very worn out baking pans and utensils.

We enjoyed our stay however we were sitting around the fire pit one evening and the neighbor asked thru the trees if we could be quiet at 8:45 even with quiet time didn’t start until 10 because she needs her beauty sleep and her room is on that side. We also found a used diaper on the floor when we arrived. However it was great to easily walk to the winery.
