About this house rental
Visiting the Augusta region for the Masters Golf Tournament or the Augusta Nationals Women's Amateur Event at Champions Retreat? Consider staying at this 2-story 4 Bedroom 2.5 Ba home approx., 1 mile from Champions Retreat (where the Women's is played prior to the National) and 15 miles from the National course. A 20-30 minute drive depending on masters' traffic. Sleep up to 8+ (10 if using couches or airbed)
Master suite with King, 65" tv and spa tub bath downstairs. Upstairs find 3 guest rooms with Queen Size beds and 32" televisions and additional rooms with Twin bed. Dual sink bathroom upstairs. Queen Size air mattress on property, along with 2 couches and 2 loveseats downstairs. Large open kitchen with plenty of room to dine together. Large Propane BBQ on back patio (with extra tank). Back patio area covered off the living room. Living room has a 70" television. Half Bath downstairs. Wi-Fi in home accessible to guests. Plenty of parking that can accommodate up to 5 or 6 vehicles. Nearby grocery, tavern/bar, dining areas in Riverwood Shopping Center - can walk there. Spots include McDonalds, Mi Rancho, Top China, Ironwood Tavern, Wendys, Smoke N Barrels along with Publix, Woody's Spirits, and local coffee favorite Rooted Coffee House and of course, Starbucks.
Champions retreat golf course is a short 3-minute drive from the home. Guests will have access to 95% of home, wifi, television, utilization of the fridge and deep freezer in garage. Fresh linens and towels provided - no maid service for this stay, but plenty of towels and new linens for use. This is a family-owned residence in a nice low-key neighborhood.

Everything about this house is perfect. The back screened in porch was my favorite feature. Coffee while listening to the birds in the tall trees was wonderful. Our family of adults stayed for the week as we went to the Masters several days over the week. Location of this house is perfect too. We were about 20 minutes from the tournament. The host is amazing!! His communication exceeded anything we have ever experienced with a rental. He was so thoughtful and kind leaving many nice extras to make our stay first class. 10/10 without a doubt!

Andrew was an amazing host. If I am lucky enough to get back to the tournament I would book his property again. Easy drive to and from the National. Also, it is next to the grocery store for cooking food after a long day. He had everything setup and it was as if you were family.

Great location and great place. Andrew was very attentive to our needs and provided plenty of info for our first Masters trip! Will be coming back!
