Die Lage war gut, sehr ruhig. Strand gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Wohn-Esszimmerbereich geräumig.

Die Schlafräume waren sehr klein und hellhörig. Insgesamt könnte das Haus besser geputzt sein (Spinnweben, Spinnen und Asseln im Haus) Gemieteter Kinderhochstuhl war unzumutbar, da er fast auseinandergefallen ist. Treppenaufgang Licht ging nicht. Generell alles mal überholen wäre sinnvoll, ist alles in die Jahre gekommen.
