The location was great, near the flat you can find a big grocery store Pam, which opens at 8 am. It is very convenient!
A bit noise from neighbours, but not a big deal.

Distance to Vatican City and gluten free bakery, size of apartment, multiple air conditioning units
Ran out of hot water after 10 minute shower, bed old and slats moved in the middle of the night making it feel broken, only very light doona provided, unable to accommodate leaving of bags for additional hour.
