New for 2026: Replaced back decks. New Polywood table and chairs added to top-level deck. New hot tub and gas grill.
Leave your family a “Legacy” of happy memories at this lovely six bedroom located in Corolla on the Outer Banks. The private pool and hot tub are located together so everyone can relax together: adults can soak in the hot tub after a long hard day on beach and kids can play in the pool after playing in the surf all day! Imagine a pool actually large enough to enjoy! You can with this 30 foot long pool! Sports enthusiasts can play volleyball on the volleyball court beside the pool, or basketball in the front. Too much sun and fun? Cool out in the rec room with snacks and drinks from the wet bar, and an air hockey table. The kitchen makes meal prep fun with beautiful quartz countertops, a cabinet pantry and stainless steel appliances. Perhaps you would prefer a matinee in the great room with the LCD TV and sound system! Best of all, this property is DOG FRIENDLY so you can bring every family member!
“Legacy” is just a few minutes' drive from all the Corolla family-friendly activities. You can enjoy Five Star luxury to burger joints, shopping, go-carts, putt-putt and the Corolla Adventure Park. The historic Corolla Lighthouse and Whalehead Club are always a treat and of course, take a Wild Horse Tour before you leave! All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Pros far outweigh the cons but just mentioning for future guests.
Pros
-great location, near grocery store, dunkin donuts, souvenir shops and restaurants.
-Great for teens with pool, game room, hot tub, and volleyball court
-Adequate kitchen and dining area.
-Washer and dryer on main living floor.
-Less than 5 minute walk to the beach.
-Great updated bathrooms
-Boogie boards were there to use.
Cons
-Climate control-Basement freezing. Top Floor too warm.
-Basement TV not good for gaming (we brought our own TV)
-Need more bath Towels
-Lounge chairs by pool were not in the best condition
