Five bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms will give you room to spread out or let everyone gather in the open living room, kitchen and dining area. Joy Seas provides you with ocean views to the east. A screened-in porch gives you the perfect setting and ocean view for dinner after you have spent the day at the beach or at your own L-shaped private pool. You can sit on the deck to watch the sunset as the kids enjoy the pool, with a wading area for the little ones and a love seat for two. A lower-level covered deck with a Tiki Bar by the pool creates a fun family gathering place to swim, socialize, and relax while watching a game of water volleyball or water polo. Outside activities include a 30' x 50' sand volleyball court, pool volleyball, basketball hoop, outdoor ping pong table, and horseshoes. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Check in no issues no Issues with property rental but the house had some issues that need to be addressed. TVs are not all functional. Water in bathroom sinks trickle water .. the fans are dusty... the fire pit and picnic table needs to be fixed. Dirty clothes found under the beds .. guest book indicates these issues have been around for awhile so it’s concerning that they are not addressed There are two rooms with bunk beds so you can’t really count adults to sleep in the top bunks. (In my opinion)
The house had beautiful deck chairs and pool Lounges. The tiki bar with frig was a plus. It’s a short walk to get to the beach access path. The pool was clean. It has a nice dining room table for 10 folks to sit and dine and a nice table and bar on screened in porch. The pool was nice size (but it didn’t say how many feet it was or where it dipped ).
We did have a great stay with the weather and Being together. I am not sure I’d we would spend all that money on this property again
