Not really a great place, wont recommend.

The property itself was good, there were basic facilities and basic breakfast.

It was too expensive, no value for money. The location wasn't great. It was outside the city, but the property wasn't properly managed. Almost half of the houses in the property were in bad condition and it was an eyesore. Wasn't a great kitchen to cook properly and there wasn't really restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately during the two days of my stay I didn't have warm water in the shower on day, then it got fixed, but the room heating stopped working for the second day. I was doing factory work while on the trip and needed shower and a warm room, so I don't know how to rate my stay, honestly.

I checked in early the staff at reception was so friendly, even offered me coffee they are awesome

I choose this place to get away from my hectic schedule. I didn't plan anything, just wanted to rest. The place was clean and quiet, will definitely go back

large rooms with sofa + double beds (double=2 single beds together). No TV in the room nice premises, however looks like they renovate some part of it.

the room 405 was very cold when we arrived. It did not get over 17C the entire night and morning, although we put the thermostat on 5. The low temperature makes you not spend much time there, but also makes condensed water in the bathroom, which had no hearing. maybe add also a hairdryer. people expect that.

Breakfast service was great! Freshly baked croissants and bread and fruit and yoghurt. House was spacious and clean and the shower was super. Had a lovely walk in the forest on the property! Very nice location!

Little gem in the forest

Great location. Essentially in the middle of a forest but still close enough to the next village (walking/cycling distance) Cute little houses with a very comfortable bed and sofa. Have all basic amenities. Outdoor furniture, so you can also chill outside the house

Heerlijk weekendje in het Leudal

Ik heb het meest genoten van de stilte op het park en de omliggende natuur. Handig dat ik zo het bos in wandel met mijn hond. Het huisje is basic, maar alles wat ik nodig had was aanwezig.Verder was het huisje schoon. De communicatie vooraf was vriendelijk en duidelijk.

Er waren geen dingen die tegenvielen. De info vooraf was heel eerlijk en helder.

Het was erg koud toen we aankwamen. Duurde ook vrij lang voordat het binnen behaaglijk was. Ook de verwarming in de badkamer zou op afstand worden aangezet. Dit was niet gedaan.

Ruhige Lage

Es war im Haus sehr hellhörig, gereinigt wurde vor unserer Anreise leider nicht überall waren Hundehaare und Staub. Im Schlafbereich hat es sehr schimmelig gerochen und die Tapete hat sich von der Wand gelöst. Auch auf den Möbeln im Aussenbereich war überall Vogelkot.
