Villa Vista Royal Garden Apartment has it all with views of Banderas Bay, short walk to the marina, shops, restaurants and beach.
The Garden Apartment is quiet and inviting with lush tropical plants outside your door, multiple sitting areas and pool with a waterfall steps away.
An outdoor Barb-B-Q area by the pool can be enjoyed by guests and is ideal for small fiestas.
We are located in a quiet Mexican area and short walking distance to the quiet fishing village of La Cruz Huanacaxtle where you can enjoy the local laid back life, but with ample music venues, restaurants of all types from international cuisine to tacos on the street. We are close to the world famous Marina Nayarit and Punta Mita. Water sports of all kinds are available from sailing, boarding to surfing.

Clean and well-equipped amenity; a good 8-10 minute walk from the beach however (no waves here). La Cruz is not the tidy and picturesque little place you may be looking for: streets are hardly walkable and filthy. Many good restaurants to pick from however. No banks here either.

Maya is a gracious host. Adan is the property caretaker and does a wonderful job of keeping the Villa in excellent condition. Clean, safe, quiet, stunning views, salt water pool, patios, rooftop area. All of the property has a quaint Mexican feel and totally relaxing vibe.
The location is on the hillside overlooking La Cruz but only minutes away by car. The location is on a very steep grade so unless you are quite fit, driving into town or marina is easy.
This is 5 star property and I would not hesitate to return. La Cruz is a very quiet town but day trips to Sayulita, punte mita, bucelerias or PV or short easy drives.

The villa is beautiful with gorgeous grounds. The pool with the waterfall is superb and the area around the pool very convenient for relaxing and even for eating meals. The view is as advertised, especially from the roof top! The Garden apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is quite dark but we made it work.
Adan, the housekeeper was so helpful and kind! Muchas gracias...
Just be mindful of the steep hill. Quite a daily exercise !!

This property is by far the nicest in the area. The pictures don’t do it justice. Absolutely clean, safe, lush and a retreat. Mayya and Ross are kind, present, but not overbearing. On a day when I had digestive troubles, she gave us local probiotics and dinner rolls. Another great amenity is the offering of beer and wine on site at very reasonable pricing. I cannot think of a better place to relax after a long day of hiking, beach , shopping…. Highly recommend this.
