About this house rental
Welcome to T-Town Cottage!
This new and adorable home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 guests. The property is located 2.7 miles north of Bryant Denny Stadium in Historic Downtown Northport. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other and there is ample seating for everyone to gather around and enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create a home cooked meal or tailgate treats! There is also coffee starter pack to keep the whole group caffeinated.
The first bedroom has a King bed and optional sofa bed as well as an attached bathroom with a tub shower. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has a King bed and 2 single bed flip sofas. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between with a tub shower.
On the back patio there is an outdoor dining table and umbrella as well as a fire pit and gas grill. The backyard is fully fenced in and the property is pet friendly!
Located down the road from the house there is a boat ramp that is perfect for days out on the water. Feel free to bring your own or rent a boat!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We recommend to book directly and save on third-party fees—such a great value for such a lovely place. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I would definitely recommend this rental without qualm.The house was clean and spacious, bedrooms were private for all 9 of us.The only glitch was a minor plumbing problem that was addressed and repaired within a few minutes of contacting the property manager. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils needed. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the entire process of reserving the property, the helpfulness of the staff and our overall stay.I apologize for my delay in submitting my review.A most sincere Thank You to all who were so professional and helpful.

From start to finish, our experience was fabulous. Kristina was extremely pleasant and very friendly, helpful, and most accommodating. The rental was 5 star accommodations. It had anything and everything that you could possible ask for or need. The place was convenient to Main Street and had its own little historic town with a couple of great places to eat. The place was pet friendly which was a great relief for us being refugees from Hurricane Ida. It couldn’t possibly have been any better. Thank you very much. We highly recommend. Roll Tide will always have a special place in our hearts 😊
