The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite coutertops and modern cabinetry and sleek finish. The master retreat includes a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, double closets and a private zen garden with outdoor shower. The best feature of the home is the private open air pool leading right into the magnificent Sarasota Bay views. Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Lido Shores Sanctuary will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

The property is fantastic in all respects. There were a few minor maintenance problems which RVA corrected quickly. Overall we would recommend it to anybody. In fact, good friends are renting next year at our recommendation.

We had a wonderful time here and will return next year. The house is exceptionally user friendly with a bright open living area looking out on a terrific pool area with a lagoon view. The house is walking distance from St.Armand’s Circle, an easy drive to Longboat Key and a 7-10 minute walk to a beautiful, private deeded beach. The house also has two big additional bedrooms in a separate wing. The only downside, which is what it is, is noise from Ringling Boulevard which is three houses away. After a while we did not notice the noise, and it did not negatively affect our stay. Overall a fantastic home, which we highly recommend.
