The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful l, kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay very pleasant. In particular, the gentleman who served coffee and tea at breakfast was exceptionally nice and attentive, always making sure guests were well looked after.
The hotel itself is modern and has a lot of potential, but it could use a bit more maintenance, as we noticed a few broken elements in the bathroom.
The swimming pool area looked nice, but the atmosphere didn’t feel very inviting, the music was more upbeat, almost party-like, which didn’t quite match the calm setting or the type of guests there.

Modern hotel but it needs a bit more maintenance. The swimming pool was not very inviting. Feels a bit cold environment and we didn’t enjoy the music.

The property seems very new and is comfortable, with good breakfast options. However, you have to “order” coffee, which makes it feel slightly limited. The swimming pool area is gorgeous and very spacious, and the staff are excellent.
The shower was very small.
Check-in is not 24 hours, which made us feel very uncomfortable, as we were required to leave our passports at the reception until the morning when the staff member responsible for check-in arrived. The older gentleman at the desk was very gentle and helpful but was not responsible for check-in. The WiFi in our room was very poor.

Nice pool.
It was that first time I went to a Hotel without coffee machine for breakfast. The people at the bar were very nice, but they needed to prepare the coffee for everyone, which is mich slower than having a coffee machine.
