Die 3 Lampen im Schlafzimmer waren alle zu dunkel. Sonst alles super.

Hübsche, helle und geschmackvoll gestaltete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Ruhige Lage. Perfekt für eine angenehme Auszeit mit dem Hund.

Place is very nicely arranged, very clean. It has all you need (one double bed and IKEA sofa for two).
Its really new and lovely, very clean.
Be careful - lining and towels are not included and are extremly costly (10EUR per person). Dog charge will also apply, 20EUR, which is only mentioned prior to reservation and payment via booking.
Instrucitons how to get key are extremly lousy. Its very difficult to find the key box, especially as there are 12 and 12A buildings, and my instrucitons pointed to building 12...and actually its not a 12 nor 12A, its a park in between where key box is located. No pictures are provided that will help obtain the key.
Host didnt respond to calls (excuse may be it was late, but again, if I am calling alte, it may be something alarming. be aware that it may be challenge to communciate with host).
Take care that it was not warmed up (heaters were off, and its not air conditioner, so it takes some time to warm palce up).
Parking place, if it exists for the aparment, was not provided to us, luckily many free spaces were available (probably due to winter time)
