The house was built in 2018. It is very modern and open. It is located 8 minutes from Minnewaska State Park, 10 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, and 30 minutes from the Catskills. There is a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick connected to it at the house, which has cable and Hulu. There is also a record player with a large record selection. There is strong WIFI and great cell phone coverage from all carriers.

House was very comfortable with a nice layout in a quiet location. Host did an excellent job of making us feel welcome and provided useful information about the area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This place was wonderful! Its modern with an open design and tons of light. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is modern and well-appointed, and the location is right next to the Gunks, Peters Kill, and Like Minnewaksa. We are climbers, so we would go out adventuring all day, then come home to cook and hang out. We would definitely stay again.Karen
