We had a wonderful vacation and the house was very nice and clean. The short walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Would highly recommend this rental.

This is our 6th year in a row to rent a house in Old Florida Beach. Morrow Cottage was the 4th different house we have rented in this neighborhood. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We had to call Ocean Reef on the first day for ants and dirty bathrooms The manager sent the cleaning crew back over to clean these items while we were there, which was even more uncomfortable. The stairs and window sills were filthy also.
I ended up just cleaning and disinfecting the property from top to bottom on my first day of “vacation.” I will definitely bring my family back to this neighborhood next year, but not this property.
The correspondence of Ocean Reef is excellent, always very quick to respond to my emails prior to arrival so I was very surprised to find this cleanliness issue upon arrival.
